Dave Barber, Manager, has more than twenty years of corporate and entrepreneurial business experience, twelve of which have been focused on various aspects of real estate acquisition and development, including:

• Construction lender for a major bank
• Property acquisitions partner for a regional full-service real estate company
• Residential land developer and homebuilder
• Site acquirer and developer for a major regional retailer
• Consultant on real estate projects for corporate and individual clients

Mr. Barber holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University and an MBA with a concentration in real estate and entrepreneurial venture from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
