As principal, we locate
and identify commercial real estate investment opportunities,
perform due diligence and financial analysis, negotiate purchases,
and secure commercial financing.
We retain the services of professional
property management, and develop and execute a program of
capital improvements and lease performance enhancements as needed.
We oversee financial
management, disburse distributions, and fulfill tax reporting
requirements for investment properties.
We supervise the
investments throughout their holding period and eventual
divestiture.
Our current interest is in medical office
buildings, well-leased office and office warehouse properties, and retail
facilities in target geographical areas in Western Washington. Our team
brings particularly strong experience in evaluating, acquiring and managing
these types of properties.
